AOPA's Proposal for resuming VFR flights in enhanced Class B airspace

MOA's Board of Directors feel it is absolutely essential normal "Class B" airspace VFR airspace use be restored ASAP as a huge majority of Mooney owners live within or near major metropolitan areas.   We fear countless aviation business may suffer and fail unless a CVFR flights are restored and not restricted in the future.   We also urge the FAA/DOT to make firm assurances that this situation will not re-occur again unless future circumstances dictate restrictions against GA are absolutely mandated and directly beneficial to national security. 

In cooperation with AOPA, MOA presents proposal which The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) has developed for the resumption of Visual Flight Rule (VFR) operations in "enhanced" Class B (ECB) airspace.  As always, MOA welcomes your input and suggestions.
