This site is a "Framed site" which dramatically increases the loading speed & efficiency.  It has several distinct nav top & side frames depending on which subject area is being viewed. 
Each frame has a distinct motif and unique menu nav buttons befitting that specific area of the site.

Site Nav High-Lights
1)    Most pages require vertical scrolling to view entire page contents
2)    The menu buttons to the left require scrolling to view the nav buttons toward the bottom
3)    Extra loading time will be required when changing site areas which have different frames (as mentioned above)
4)    Besides the usual "hot linked" icons etc., this site utilizes "mouse-overs" or "applets" to display various menu items.  When you see a phrase, icon, or menu item, investigate it with your mouse to bring out additional information.   
5)     For best results view this site with you monitor set at  a resolution of 800 x 600 or higher. For the most part, this site is designed for a 15-17" or larger monitor rather than a 14" monitor.  Using the smaller 14" monitor which only uses 580 pixels, you may be forced to scroll horizontally.
